The IUGTE Annual International Multidisciplinary Conference “Performing Arts Between Tradition and Contemporaneity” will take place on 25-29 July in a beautiful 13th-century castle in Austria. This event is perfect for artists, art educators, and art students who want to learn more about the latest trends in the performing arts field. The IUGTE offers an opportunity to present and discuss new physical theatre productions, methods and technologies.

The IUGTE Conference has been held annually since 2001 and gathers together physical theatre practitioners, performing arts scholars, historians, educators, directors, actors, dancers, choreographers, designers and other artists from all over the world. The conference provides an opportunity to share experiences and ideas, to learn about new approaches in physical theatre training and education, to network and establish new professional contacts.
This year’s conference program includes keynote speeches, panel discussions, physical theatre performances, workshops and master classes. It is a great opportunity to learn from experts in the field and to meet other like-minded individuals from all over the world.
